THE CUTEST VALENTINE’S DAY DIY GARLAND + VIDEO
the cutest DIY Valentine’s Day garland for any space and a video
I am on a bit of a craft kick. There is something kinda cool about making stuff. Maybe it’s the quietness of crafting, but this Valentine’s Day DIY garland was such a fun craft because it was so easy and quiet.
Oh, and no glue.
It took me minutes to make this garland and it is perfect under a windowsill where it can catch the light. The heart theme garland adds a little pink to a room with grey walls and navy and white bedding.
Oh, and these repurposed boxes add a little gingham to her room.
I am kinda lovin’ pink and the hearts are precious.
VALENTINE’S DAY DIY GARLAND
SUPPLIES TO MAKE GARLAND
This is the easiest garland and can be tweaked for any holiday or season. Just a few essentials to make this dainty and petite strand of garland.
- Heart cutouts, shapes
- Ribbon or twine
- Scissors
That’s it! Seriously.
I found these hearts at the dollar store, but it’s not too late to order these 600 hearts.
Loving the love the blush shade of pink and the heart cutouts to outline the hearts.
I used the twine to thread the hearts to make a strand of garland. With the punched our hearts it was easy to add the twine.
You could easily tape the twine to the back of your heart cutouts.
Easy-peasy! I love the petite garland and the whimsy it adds to a space.
What could be easier… three supplies and just a few more minutes?
