Originally, I planned to create a faux carrot tiered tray, but then I saw the five-pound bag of Costco Mandarin Oranges.
Despite eating oranges the way I eat Hershey Kisses there was still over four pounds of oranges.
With my love for a tiered tray it was an easy decision to fill it with oranges and a few faux carrots. Orange is a great pop of color in a kitchen for spring. Maybe orange is the new pink!
TIERED TRAY
If you re a reader at Everyday Edits you know I love a tiered tray. It lifts and separates the items reserved for the counter… like a mesh bag of oranges.
The tiered tray corrals the oranges and keeps them from rolling off the counter and into the dog food bowl. The faux carrots added a pop of green and texture!
The faux carrots and oranges created an instant pop of color on the counter for the cost of a bag of Mandarin oranges and the faux carrots from the dollar-ish store.
