COFFEE MILK PUNCH

adapted from Elizabeth Heiskell's book
yummy iced coffee milk punch with coffee, ice, fudge topping, half & half and a little bourbon.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 CUPS STRONG BREWED COFFEE
  • 1/2 CUP HOT FUDGE TOPPING
  • 1/4 CUP SUGAR
  • 2 CUPS HALF & HALF
  • 1 TBSP VANILLA EXTRACT
  • 1 CUP BOURBON

Instructions
 

  • 1. WHISK TOGETHER THE HOT COFFEE, FUDGE TOPPING & SUGAR IN LARGE DUTCH OVEN UNTIL SMOOTH.
  • ADD THE HALF & HALF & VANILLA. STIR UNTIL BLENDED
  • BRING THE MIXTURE TO A SIMMER OVER MEDIUM-HIGH HEAT
  • REMOVE FROM THE HEAT & ADD THE BOURBON
  • SERVE ASAP OR LET COOL, COVER + CHILL 1-24 HOURS
  • SERVE OVER ICE
