CHOCOLATE PECAN TURTLE PRETZELS
I love easy, bite-size desserts for parties, girls’ nights and homemade treats for the holidays. These 3ingredient turtle pretzels are yummy with a bite-size of pecans, pretzels chocolate and caramel. A bag of Rolo’s gives the turtle pretzels the gooey mix of caramel and chocolate with a salty pretzel base.

I found the recipe here.

Thank goodness Rolos do not come in an open bag like M&M’s.
If only there was someone to unwrap the Rolos for us? … said no one ever.
Ever.
The blend of caramel and chocolate paired with the salt & crunch of the bite-size pretzels is delicious.

These turtle pretzels are perfect for holiday parties. They require a 350-degree preheated oven. And these turtle pretzels take up to 5 minutes to bake. But keep your eye on them. My oven is persnickety so I have a bake time range from 3-5 minutes for these pecan bites.
The hardest part of this recipe is the patience to unwrap the Rolos and the willpower not to eat them (until they have cool on the oven.
It takes longer to unwrap the Rolos than it does to prep and bake.
The second hardest part, next to unwrapping the Rolos, is to wait for the pecan halves to “set” for a minute or two. If youare packing them or wrapping them for gifts wait for them to fully set.
