Good Morning from Colorado!
We have sunshine and warm temps in Colorado! I was supposed to be out today showing homes to buyers. But, they decided to stay put and renovate their existing home. I totally understand that logic since we decided to renovate our kitchen.
Which is one of the many reasons I love the blogging community of women and a few great guys like this guy.
Blogging provides a creative outlet not found in a purchase contract. Sometimes my Realtor life and blogging life collide. Earlier this week, I attended a national real estate designation course (I am now a Senior Real Estate Specialist). I now know how to work with my husband to one day sell our house! #wink
During the seminar, my friend asked me about the Blogspot platform and I immediately pulled out my phone and showed my friend and colleague Katie’s website. Speaking of Katie, she has the best finds during the week. I am obsessed with her Amazon and gift guides. Here is her most recent post. Based on Katie’s suggestion my husband got these for Valentine’s Day.
Here are a few things that caught my interest this week for the Weekend Edit at Everyday Edits.
But, first here is a fun decor idea for you to try. I might do a blog party around this idea.
And, this is a fun idea for those childhood keepsakes. Get them out of storage.
Thinking about wallpaper? Check out this post. Where do you stand on the wallpaper trend?
This sale at the LOFT. I stocked up on a few winter clearance items for next October. I can’t believe I just typed that sentence.
I purchased this high neck, ruffle collar sweater for next fall. It is now priced under $20.00
Click the image below for free ship over $50.00. My three sweaters were around $115. And, don’t be afraid of ordering across the pond; the DHL delivery alerts were awesome; just make sure to opt out of signature required!
This tutorial on how to hang objects on a wall makes so much sense.
So I have a few funky walls in our living room. And, then I read Sarah’s tutorial for board & batten (sounds like a home store)! I might email her to do my math calculations.
Does anyone know the origin of the words; board & batten?
ASKING FOR A FRIEND
I need so much help in this room and 144″ curtains. Does anyone know where to order 144″ window treatments?
