Hi Laura
Can you believe we may have snow on the ground for Easter??
I’ve been busy this week cleaning, cooking, and baking for Easter. I made carrot cake muffins today that were a disaster–they did not rise well in the middle–probably due to our elevation, so now I have to go back to an old, reliable recipe tomorrow.
I blogged this past week about the historic crabapple tree route in Littleton–hope you had a chance to see my post! With the predicted upcoming snow, they may become past prime, but hopefully you will be able to see them next year in their prime bloom.
Have a very Happy Easter!
I could not get through the first episode of the Pitt. I keep hearing such good things but I think hospital dramas are not for me. I use SOS pads on my oven racks. I hope you had a great weekend.
