My mouse died yesterday. Of all the things happening in our country, it was my tablet’s mouse’s death that sent me over the edge. That and the fact I have worn sweats for two weeks. I posted this video about pillows earlier this week. I had sweats on below the waist. With each day, sweats are becoming a habit; and they are so much more comfortable than denim and zippers.
I am living the life of our dogs; eating and lounging.

Did you all see Hoda on Friday? That was such a moment we can all relate to; trying to hold it together when overcome by emotion (and Drew Brees).
And, the other thing that might have thrown me over the edge was my middle child (my lefty) returned to Minnesota. He needed to wrap up school details, his summer volunteership status and pack up his rental house to get his belongings into storage.
Sidenote: My boys use air quotes and tease me about “my righty” and “my lefty” descriptions in my blog.
And, so when my mouse’s cursor stopped working I think everything happening in the news just hit me.
I did take a 30-minute yoga class online (free). You can find 10 -30 minute free videos here. I have used this site for several years after a running injury sidelined me for a few weeks.
I made these chocolate and peanut butter bites (no baking required and took me 3 minutes to prepare).
The Weekend Edit
Here are a few things I found online. If you did a good enough project send me the link and I will share it in the Weekend Edit.
This table.
These skillet cakes!
These before and after photos of the exterior of homes.
I ordered a few of these for my daughter’s Easter (and Christmas stocking) basket.
Dreaming of country living right about now? Annie shared this post.
Shop: Christmas is less than nine months away. Maybe we stimulate the economy with a little retail therapy or buy something for a caregiver or a friend who works in healthcare.
I might start my Christmas shopping with this blanket on sale at Nordstrom.
Here are a few finds under $10.00

Tiger King! Are you watching?
HI Heather, No but we keep hearing about it? It sounds like crazy town? I heard it’s highly addictive even though it’s crazy… maybe we should? Are your girls watching too?
