THE WEEKEND EDIT +CHRISTMAS EVE
Good morning. One more sleep until Christmas morning! How does Christmas sneak up on us every year? Our middle (my lefty) has had three canceled flights out of Minneapolis in as many days. To keep me busy, and not track his flight delays, I am catching up on my Christmas movie marathon and baking a few favorite goodies.
One of my favorite movies is the original, Christmas in Connecticut- the one filmed in 1945. I just love it.
Barbara Stanwyck’s character, Elizabeth Lane, is the original home decor blogger and just like me, she cannot cook! I wish I had an Uncle Felix to make breakfast and dinner.

What is your Christmas Eve tradition? My parents have hosted a Christmas Eve casual dinner after Mass for decades. It is a favorite tradition for our families who live in Colorado.
