How are you? How are your neighbors? We had a social distance small gathering with our friends in a cul-de-sac. Our friends’ daughters made the most wonderful vegan carrot cake made with almond flour.
The other day I grabbed a few petunias at Home Depot. I never appreciated the beauty and peace that comes from planting flowers.
Yesterday, I ran into Target yesterday. I was in and out in maybe ten minutes with a handful of cleaning products and one tiny container of Lysol wipes.
My husband is flying to Minneapolis at the end of this week to help my son pack up his rental house and store everything. They will drive back to Colorado in his car where he will finish his junior year via zoom and online exams. He leaves for Tennessee for the volunteership program Rural Area Medical. I am so excited to have him home for a few weeks.
My younger son Evan celebrated a birthday last week! Thank you to all who gave him a shout out on Instagram. Elliott loves to study with him.
The nest is near capacity. And, so is the kitchen sink. I think I need to share a tutorial on how to load the dishwasher.
