LAST MINUTE THANKSGIVING DECOR
Thanksgiving always gets the short end of the season! It is the last call before the pumpkin pie is put away.
Between you and me, my Christmas trees are lined up by the basement stairs just waiting for Friday.
So today is all about the last-minute Thanksgiving decor send-off.
It reminds me of a Broadway show when the lights dim for the set changes behind the curtain!
SEASON ENDING THANKSGIVING CENTERPIECE
I got the idea for an end-of-season centerpiece when I was checking out all the places where I have pumpkins.
My main floor has orange, blue, green and faux pumpkins.
I have assorted glass pumpkins when I painted glass accessories.
My living room has pops of orange and white pumpkins.
It is pumpkin palooza at my house from Labor Day weekend until Thanksgiving evening!
Dining Room:
Family Room:
I filled this bookshelf with faux pumpkins! I love it and already have plans for this vintage bookcase in the new year!
Kitchen:
I keep the kitchen simple with a tiered tray and a Homegoods wreath (with bells) on the Dutch door.
I like to make a little noise when I open the back door for Elliott. You never know what critters are in our backyard in the pre-dawn mornings.
Living Room:
Our DIY library wall transformed our awkward living room into a cozy space with an electric fireplace and mountain views.
I created a Thanksgiving centerpiece that celebrates the season with friends and family. I relocated all of my pumpkins to the dining room for a centerpiece filled with gourds and pumpkins.
The dining room hutch gave me the idea for a tablescape filled with pumpkins!
And because the pumpkins are located in the dining room it makes for an easy changeover from Thanksgiving to Christmas. Thank you for stopping by Everyday Edits. If you are new here you can read my story here.

I have left out a few things for my Thanksgiving table.. I love doing tables and using as much as I can. Pumpkins are always a thing.

I love this end of season idea! I have so many pumpkins scattered around my house as well! …I’m sitting in my living room and I just counted 36 faux pumpkins that I can SEE in my living room alone, hahaha! Yikes!
