Hello Saturday and Happy Belated Earth Day.
I almost filed for divorce in the self-checkout at Kroger over my husband’s excessive use of plastic bags. It turns out I have a visceral reaction to rebagging items, like napkins, that are (already) encased in plastic.
Apparently, the love of my life has never purchased an item without a takeaway plastic bag.
If I had one wish for earth day it would be fewer plastic bags and these wishes.

Sidenote: No political statements I just have a visceral reaction to plastic bags and rounded fonts.
In other news, my tennis partner and I won our USTA match.
My kids suggested I should pick up a racquet between October and April.
WEEKEND THOUGHTS
- Michael shared these margarita recipes you can try before Cinco de Mayo.
