Sharing a super easy make-ahead campfire skillet breakfast for your next camping trip!
Who added camping to their weekend excursions in the last year? Growing up my family did a test run at a local campground (reservoir) and then headed to the mountains.
I brought my Barbies.
Fast forward a few decades and two of my kids love to camp. My son just returned from a canoe/camping trip in Minnesota after graduation.
Today I am sharing a super easy make-ahead cast iron skillet breakfast for your next camping trip!
A skillet dish is perfect on a chilly morning after sleeping in a tent or a camper.
This recipe is super easy to assemble at home and store in an airtight container.
The ingredients can be as simple as eggs, cheese, and hash browns.
CAST IRON SKILLET
Bring along the cast iron skillet and you have the makings of a hearty breakfast.
Santa brought these skillets for the family last year. #madeinusa We have had so much fun making new and (familiar) recipes in our cast iron skillets.

It’s such an easy breakfast. The hashbrowns are an easy way to bulk up the recipe, but the ingredients are so flexible.
Everything tastes better in a cast-iron skillet around a campfire! Just make sure to pack a hot pad or cast iron fitted grip.
