sharing a yummy alternative to cauliflower
Hi friends! Sharing a quick and fun buffalo cauliflower bites recipe. These spicy cauliflower bites make a great snack or side dish.

I grew up with my mom’s version of cauliflower bites. You know the ones that came in a plastic bag and were in the frozen food section. Over the last few years, cauliflower has made an impressive climb in the produce section.
My kids have embraced the cauliflower craze. My husband does not eat vegetables. So I thought maybe, just maybe, these lightly browned and mildly spicy buffalo cauliflower might be added to his list of new foods.

This is a simple recipe. And, if you have followed Everyday Edits for awhile you know I can screw up a three-ingredient recipe. I rarely have “in-process” photos, because I cannot have distractions of a photoshoot for a head of cauliflower. How many of you can relate? Anyone?
I prefer to share a few photos of the finished recipe.

The other great thing about these cauliflower bites is the ingredient list is simple, not fussy. It is an easy recipe for someone who is new to the kitchen. Like me. #wink
