Do you decorate for the seasons and holidays? When homeowners decide to downsize, holiday decor is the first to be put in the donate pile. I have inherited a few holiday items from my sellers. Remember when I brought this home?
This time of year, I am a sucker for the bunnies and faux lemon trees at Target and Homegoods.
I have friends who do not decorate for spring or Easter. That’s right, no bunnies or pastel eggs.
But what if you could add spring decor in minutes? What if you could add a wee bit of greenery or lemons on a kitchen counter?

My spring/Easter decor is in two bins. In both bins, there are tons of faux eggs and mismatched greenery.
You know the greenery that gets tangled up in knots, and you tug until you get a random strand.
That is the stuff you want for 5-minute decor.
Low-hanging decor ideas.
Eggs and greenery to the rescue. These are the easiest decor staples for spring.
I added a lantern and chargers I purchased at my favorite decor store in Knoxville.

I moved this Marshall’s find to the hallway and added a bunny and random greenery.
I tossed eggs and greenery into a glass hurricane on the opposite end.
If you want a more neutral spring decor, potted plants (real or fake) brighten a space or coffee table.
ADD FAUX OR REAL PLANTS
Target has a great selection of faux potted plants. This is my go-to faux Boxwood house plant.
Potted plants (real or fake) always work too! This plant is my favorite this season.
Do you have a floral area at your grocery store? Kroger offers tiny potted spring plants that scream spring.
Of course, mine are likely screaming, “Water me.”
Target has the best faux plants. I snagged both of these. They sell out quickly, so if you see one, snag it.
That’s it! So easy! Don’t overthink simple.
