FAVORITE TIPS IN 2021

December 28, 2021

It’s official I committed to a 2022 paper calendar. I know a paper calendar is so 1998, but I love a paper calendar in addition to my phone and Google calendar. I also love highlighters and fine point Sharpies. So as I start to fill in dates and months with commitments and reminders I wanted to share my go-to hacks, tips, and habits of 2021 (and a few in 2020). I hope you are enjoying the downtime in between the clearance sale emails.

FAVORITE TIPS IN 2021 (AND A FEW IN 2020).

1, BINDER CLIPS

Binder clips have so much more potential than just a paper gripper. I love to say they help me in a pinch! Check them out here.

2. ONLINE SHOPPING TIP

This is a favorite idea too. It requires a 3-second download on your browser. Every time I place an online order and I click the “go to checkout” button I wait for this extension to pop up with a list of coupon codes. It’s like spinning the wheel on the Price is Right for an added discount or free shipping. Check out the details here.

3. FAVORITE SUNDAY HACKS

I borrowed this hack from 2020 because it is that good! I love these Sunday hacks to make my Mondays easier. For me they are no longer a hack, but more like a habit. Here are my favorite Sunday hacks before Monday.

4. PIN THESE TIPS FOR NEXT FALL.

These daylight savings hacks still work as we get a smidge more daylight in the cold month of January.

5. TIPS TO REARRANGE A ROOM & NOT PULL A MUSCLE

Rearranging furniture is a hobby for me. On any given week I may decide to flip furniture from the living room to the family room. I do the same thing with my kitchen cabinets. It calms me. I shared a few tips on how to rearrange a room before you, well, rearrange a room.

Here is another favorite hack you will love if you plan to rearrange the furniture in the new year!

I would love if you subscribed to the Weekend Edit at Everyday Edits for tips, holiday ideas and funny stories. You can sign up here.
