I am late to the ramekin love fest happening in my kitchen. Seriously I did not know what these petite ceramic bowls were called a year ago. I texted this blogger and asked her to ask her husband. My only question now is why use three syllables to name something so small and unassuming?

I guess that is why my name has two syllables.
