Most of my friends create beautiful floral arrangements on their front porches. The following floral containers look like they belong on the set of a Hallmark movie. Here are a few summer floral containers I am crushing on as we roll into June.
I Love Ann’s blog so I was not surprised that her front porch was on the front page of Pinterest for floral containers!
You can find the details here.
This tulip filled tub is a great reminder that floral containers do not need to be complicated. This galvanized tub calms me with its simplicity and beauty.
What a wonderful life lesson in a tub full of tulips.
I am not that girl with the talent to plant beautiful arrangements of annuals into oversized containers to greet friends and neighbors. My summer floral container arrangements can best be described as more of a “purchase and drop” technique.
I love this planter because of the contrast between the green fern and the wrought iron railing. It’s simple, understated and pretty! I don’t know if I can grow a fern outside the house in Colorado, but this image makes me want to try.
I love this one too! It’s stuffed and overflowing- kind of like my jeans after the holiday weekend.
This is a great idea if you have random tree trunks on your property. I have pulled over and hauled away tree stumps from landscape crews. The crews are happy to “off-load” landscape debris like logs and branches.
This wash tub container is easy and durable year round. Cozy Little House makes it look so easy!
This may not be a floral container, but it might be a great place for some of us to start. I used a chipped dish and grass seed.
