Sharing a super easy make-ahead campfire skillet breakfast for your next camping trip!

Who added camping to their weekend excursions in the last year? Growing up my family did a test run at a local campground (reservoir) and then headed to the mountains.

I brought my Barbies.

Fast forward a few decades and two of my kids love to camp. My son just returned from a canoe/camping trip in Minnesota after graduation.

Today I am sharing a super easy make-ahead cast iron skillet breakfast for your next camping trip!

A skillet dish is perfect on a chilly morning after sleeping in a tent or a camper.

This recipe is super easy to assemble at home and store in an airtight container.

The ingredients can be as simple as eggs, cheese, and hash browns.
